The switch is half as big
Best accessories for this? Also, any upgrades to hw worth mentioning?
Also, thinking of installing bazzite os.. Just wondering if I should dual boot with windows or go 100% bazzite. Anyone have any experience and thoughts in these areas?
Is this a proprietary device like Switch with its own games to purchase ?
or is this like a Android tablet that can run Android games and emulators and all ?

I picked up Viture One XR Glasses, but those are best if you don't have astigmatism (or are willing to buy prescription glasses to fix astigmatism… I work in an eyeglass lab, and I'm making my own corrective lenses this week). If you see a reviewer complain about blurry corners, that's due to their eye's astigmatism.
I personally have a Steam Deck. I liked customizing it with a Dbrands skin… it's kind of a vanity, but it's cheap and makes it feel more "mine" and "fun!" I don't know if the Legion Go has DBrand skins, but it probably does. And as a Steam Deck User, I would recommend Bazzite over Windows… very rarely will games not be compatible, but the vast majority of the time you'll have a cleaner, quicker user interface that feels more like an extension of your mind than an annoyance you have to dig through, suspend/resume from sleep features which are excellent. I'm glad the Lenovo at least has one trackpad, it's surprisingly useful, and the Steam Deck's back buttons are really helping my hands not feel cramped (or at least compensate for games that need more buttons than a normal controller).
See what upgrade it comes with.
I actually been streaming a lot of PS5 games on it vs playing steam games, so that's a good use case if one is interested. Also these are excellent for emulations which I'm excited to to keep with soon.
