No. If you always use top tier gas then it already has PEA, along with other additives, running through it all the time at lower concentrations.

A high concentration like this or Techron could be beneficial for old vehicles that are having fuel injector issues due to built up deposits or as a preventative if always using low tier gas (which, tbh, unless it's some white label no name gas station in the hood, most gas sold today is top tier, even at places like Costco and Stop & Shop).

Anything from Advance Auto Parts is always OOS...what a bait and waste of time, they will follow Pepboys soon. May as well list it for .05 cents.

If I usually filling Regular 87 fuel at Costco, Arco gas stations do I need to use this kind of treatment for 2L Ford 150k mileage and 3.6L Chevy 70k mileage? Thanks.

I updated my post. I'm not familiar with Arco but Costco certainly sells top tier today. The additives from a supplier are the same regardless of its octane rating so you are fine.

Edit: Just checked and Arco, owned by BP, is also Top Tier.

Yes. Last mow of the season add this and run it dry - drain the carb bowl. This is how I store away all of my gas equipment.
