These work great when you need to do some heavy scrubbing and a nylon scrub pad just won't do. I've been using them for years and each one lasts a couple of weeks so I grabbed a set for $1.89 adding it to my subscribe so I can get additional 15% discount on reorders.

I was about to ask if these last forever, or if they eventually disintegrate.

There's some steel wool I buy from the Philippines for less than $1 each and they literally last forever.
