Same here. I am wondering if this is feasible to use one handed on a ladder. Cheap enough to drop to the ground if things go sideways.
Just use a regular handsaw or a bow saw when on a ladder, easy to pull up with a rope and can simply drop them all the time instead of climbing down with them.

My bad. Can I use 24V 4Ah battery in this tool?
I believe so. As far as I know, any power tool can use any battery of the same brand if it's the same voltage, regardless of the Ah rating. I've watched a ton of power tool reviews lately, and they're constantly swapping out different batteries with various Ah ratings and then testing how that impacts performance.

Yes, its got the space for 4 and rare 5amp hour packs. All greenworks 24 and 24x24 units do. This thing is going to be heavy and unbalanced for 1 handed use, it would have been nice if they put the pack below the handle.

I got this during the last deal they had, it's been a good little saw for me. Previously I have been using my demo saw. It's definitely better than a demo saw. I don't how long it will last, but if you use it 10 times or so it's worth it. Imho

Dont even bother with a 2ah battery.
The little no name 6" chainsaw kit I got from Amazon came with two-2.0Ah batteries and it works great and lasts a long time. I used it to cut down our xmas tree with was about 5" thick at the base. That is about it's size limit.

Is it easy to replace a worn out chain?

A 6 inch pruning chainsaw will cut up to a diameter of 4 inches. This 10 inch will cut 8 inches in diameter.

I see no point in having a two handed 10" 24v saw. You might as well get the 6" 1 handed pruning saw, or the 16" 48v normal saw.
Probably not for you. For my 60+ mother in a log cabin in the woods on her own , I see this as small enough for her to handle safely to remove small limbs and branches across her driveway after storms

Bought a second and delivered doesn't look opened but inside package is limited and nothing is secured. Super weird.

Mine doesn't have any oil added or in separate packaging. Do we need to buy oil separately and fill the oil tank?
