Just got em (free same day delivery on new years day? sure why not) and there is no offset, but they're pretty thin, especially at the handles. Looking around for something to test the "open end ratcheting" stuff as that almost always has to suck right? Maybe I'm smart and can figure it out. At worst it looks to be a serviceable open end. I figured out the knipex raptors, I can figure out these.

They are definitely spline, which is why I bought them despite nothing on the box saying so. Box has "spline" listed on the accepted fasteners for use on the ratcheting side. Mechanism feels pretty nice, very nice if you consider it's a dual paw (100 positions = 50 teethx2 paws) and I don't usually like dual paw "feels." mechanism is not reversible. The spline drive appears to be good stainless tool steel. wrenches are laser etched, black with an almost phosphate finish- feels good but fingerprinty as shit. Wrench looks filthy after just handling it out of the package lol.

Overall, a decent deal. Not slick, but I'll keep these. Lifetime warranty and what not. Gimme the flexheads at this price and i'll get in a car to get em.

You must not be a home owner. There is almost nothing metric in the home.
In fact that's how I keep my socket sets, metric in the car, SAE in the house.

Many members of this forum reside in the United States, where SAE is decidedly not "almost obsolete".

I learned this the hard way. My dad tried to tell me. I used the hell out of my SAE ratcheting wrenches replacing all my gas appliances. 1/4in hex sheet metal screws alone good god.

how long have these been out? I'm a regular "check the husky section" guy and my HD is pretty bumpin' so I'd figure they'd have all the stuff but I've NEVER seen these ever. Also are these spline? The packaging says it works on "multiple fastener types" and that's some spline stuff. I like spline. I need these if they're spline- wish they were flex head.
