This has been clarified numerous times before whenever this deal had been posted. This is the same model/deal as the popular deals from the recent past:
https://slickdeals.net/f/17970447-lenovo-thinkpad-l14-g3-cert-refurb-14-fhd-ips-touch-ryzen-5-pro-5675u-16gb-ddr4-512gb-ssd-291-19

https://slickdeals.net/f/17819622-lenovo-thinkpad-l14-g3-cert-refurb-14-fhd-ips-touch-ryzen-5-pro-56...
https://slickdeals.net/f/17765481-lenovo-thinkpad-l14-g3-refurb-14-fhd-ips-touch-ryzen-5-pro-5675u-1...
https://slickdeals.net/f/17776191-lenovo-thinkpad-l14-g3-refurb-14-fhd-ips-touch-ryzen-5-pro-5675u-1...
Hence, despite the eBay listing stating it an HD display, that is incorrect, and this actually comes with an FHD Touch IPS Display, as confirmed from numerous members who purchased it previously.

Then maybe the ebay listing should fix their incorrect data? The fact they don't do that after so many times is deeply suspect.

Feel free to contact them then.

I've clarified from my end, so have numerous buyers who've gotten this, and the multiple threads on this deal/laptop in the past.
There's nothing "deeply suspect" anymore.

I think the newer models have 1200p screen that extra vertical resolution is very helpful.

As the ORIGINAL POSTER I always have, and did, clarify the specs.
