Add over 10 to cart, open 2nd window of cart. Remove 2nd item in first window, proceed in 2nd window...pick it up for .99 . At least thats what i am doing.

Thanks got one. The store I went to had this for 5.49 on clearance, not 4.99. Needed toothpaste so I picked it up with a different $2.49 tube

I love these deals but every time I go its a 15+ minute affair. Feel bad, always just one worker struggling, vagrants passed out in the doorway or harassing people inside and walgreens blasting classical music as loud as they can outside to deter the homeless.
