Be careful with these. Apparently the rolling action actually pulls the skin instead of just piercing it, which can be very harmful. Also, infection is definitely a concern. An actual needling pen would be better, but consult your dermatologist or doctor first.

bought one and requested a replacement . both make squeaky annoying sound when it rolls . other than that it seems ok , not sure if it works or not thought
