Price is very cheap. I just wonder how beneficial it is. The third ingredient listed is chia seeds. Chia seeds have a ton of fiber. 1 tablespoon of chia seeds has like 5g of fiber which is about 18% daily value. But 2 tablespoons of this powder (single serving) plus all the other ingredients in it only has 2g of fiber. I'm wondering if it's just better to take a vitamin with your green smoothie.

I bought this and I like adding it to my yogurt bowl. I love the forager brand cashew yogurt. This has a mild taste and isn't tart like some powders that include vitamins. I would double to serving size, still a great price if you get 15 servings for $7

"Natural Ingredients" Nothing natural, lab created crap. Not for me. Plus all this is too processed. Stick to whole foods, keep the food matrix.

Yeah, that's the pattern with this type of product. Cheap fillers are the first ingredients. Still, I calculate Garden of Life Organic Meal (Chocolate) at around 13x the nutrient densit of the RDA - something like 5% of daily calories (for me) per serving but something like 60% of most nutrients. If someone wants to calculate the same for this product, I'd love to know.
