Warning to all: Walgreens system blows. Twice now I've placed an online order and had something out of stock but the order total doesn't adjust: charged original price even without item. If you get an adjustment/OOS notification, check your total upon pickup.

Agreed. Around the same time the implemented the $10 minimum, Walgreens decided they no longer wanted to participate in the online order, in-store pickup system at all. They go out of their way to make it difficult and give store employees full authority to simply cancel or ignore orders. I had an employee at one location tell me that many of her coworkers just mark a random item "OOS" and cancel the order as soon as they see it. They consider these orders a nuisance and no one is checking their work so why not.

I got charged then order got cancelled for OOS. Went to the store and found the item 😳 Disappointing 😔

I thumbs down all of these ridiculous Walgreens pick up "deals" for exactly this reason. Too many tacky loopholes to jump through only to find a brick wall before the finish line.

This seems to happen often at my Walgreens and then they want to cop an attitude if you check order!

Totally aligns with my experience at the several nearby Walgreens. Walgreens staff is the worst of any national outfit I've ever dealt with. No idea why that holds true.
