I bought this a few months ago on a previous sale, it's worked out well so far. If using larger weights (greater than 30 pounds) it can be difficult to use every level and you may need to skip one. Still it's been pretty great considering how low the price is.

I see a 50lb set (2 x 25lb) for $49, but not seeing a 60lb set.

I am using one of these to hold pairs of 50lbs, 60lbs and 70lbs dumbbells from the last Walmart BalanceFrom sale. The extra weight is not an issue. It holds them OK but I need to move the 60lbs dumbbells before I can access the 70lbs dumbbells underneath. Good budget storage option.

Bought this when i bought this set from Walmart (not on sale now) but was

Added 45LBs to the bottom and they kind of it, but just too big to be easily removed. Overall, solid Frame. Feels a bit flimsy but when put together is solid enough for its purpose.

so glad I don't have to spend money for those...

I have cats... each time the Amazon driver shows up with 2 bags of 40-pound cat litter, I get enough exercise hauling them inside. Smilie the added benefit is that I can leave them on my front porch and never worry about porch pirates stealing.(apparently porch pirates are too weak to pick up 80 pounds of cat litter?) Frown

So, I have had one of these for 11 years and I love it, but it smelled like a tire fire for years - which the reviews will tell you, so I knew what I was getting into going in - and whatever chemicals in it will turn any colorful neoprene dumbbell coatings that touch them brown. For $20 you can't beat it, and if they're still using the same pads, if you're okay with leaving it in a hot garage for 5 years or so the smell will dissipate.

You think this could just as easily support a pair of 30's & 35's & 40's if I just alternate rows?

For sure, since they are smaller. I use the bottom slot, the one above, and the second one from the top. The two bottom dumbbells touch but it's not a big deal.
