It actually is pretty solid and fun, it just was never deep enough to justify its launch price. At this price I'd give it my fullest possible recommendation.

Switch basically has to load every time that you change areas, and sometimes those areas take over a minute to load. PS5 is pretty seamless and really feels like a completely open world. Switch graphics and frame rate are also atrocious, but not totally unplayable. Also, the PS5 version has ray tracing for people interested in that.

anyone who purchased the xbox version have an issue where the deluxe edition add-on for quidditch champions still shows as not purchased, even though it's included on the bundle page? haven't gotten around to installing yet but wondering if i'll need to contact support/customer service 🤐

I know this has been said a thousand times before, but quidditch should have been part of Hogwarts Legacy. I would have even been ok with it being a reasonably priced DLC. But it's not enough for a standalone game, and its omission from Hogwarts Legacy is kind of weird, given the broom handling, quidditch field, quidditch coach missions, etc. "Quidditch is cancelled this year" seems like a total cop out by the studio

PS5 all day. If you're a Potter fan, experience it on the best hardware you can.

Ray Tracing on PS5 it's a joke, it's fixed to 30 FPS but it's usually dropping to 20 FPS, just unplayable.
