if you need a cheap psu then either go for a 550-650w msi 80+bronze psu, Apevia Prestige 80+gold, or the 650w 80+gold segotep psu. Theres lots of bad reviews for this psu, and even though some ppl will say its perfectly fine, you can get a much better rated psu for only a few more dollars. You can also get a Corsair CX550 for $59 right now on amazon. Power Supply quality is more important than you might realize, and even more important with the higher price of parts it'll be powering

For a budget build / general use computer, this psu works fine. For gaming / higher performance PC (cpu with over 100 tdp), you'll want to use a higher end psu.
i just bought this for a budget build for living room entertainment use.

Didn't validate the claim, so treat this as hearsay. Someone on reddit said this was F tier on the LTT PSU tier list. Sure it would be fine for a budget build though.
