RP-1200SW 12" 800W is only $50 more on Adorama, I think I'm going for that. Perfect timing for these deals, I'm putting together my home theatre this weekend.
Trust me $200 "subs" are just bass modules. Most are 45hz and above and not subwoofers at all. I've had several of them. This is true subwoofer and worth the money. Closest true subwoofer to your $200.00 is the RSL 10e. It's absolutely the real deal.

Do it. I picked up the 12, and it is so worth it (Room is 16'x14'). I'm not saying the 10 isn't worth it or bad, but for just an extra $50, it's well worth it
Can these Klipsch subs be controlled by an Klipsch iphone app like the SVS one's can? I heard that's a plus of the SVS subs, or is it simple to just adjust sub gain via Receiver settings?

Too late for me. I bought the RSL. No regrets, but I did wait on this one. Passed on the 12" when it was $529.00 Always a dollar short or a day early it seems.....
I bought the 10e for my 2.1 system and it is killer. Unbelievable really for $299.00 small and compact, but still weighs 40 lbs.
You cannot do better IMHO.
