I checked your account and you were under our
SAVE10 promotion where you get $10 off for 5 years and you are on our $45 premium plan already.

That is correct. The SAVE15 promo brings it down to $30. I was hoping you could apply that or else l'll just downgrade to the basic plan and then upgrade using that promo. But wanted to just avoid having to do that

Upon checking your request that you will step down and ask if we can add the SAVE15 promotion to get $15 off for 25 months, unfortunately upon reading the terms and condition for the SAVE15 promotion, it states that : agents will not be able to apply the SAVE15 promotion if the member is already on the $45 premium plan and request to step down and wanted to add the SAVE15 promotion to their account.
I deeply apologize but we can not add the SAVE15 promotion after you step down and upgrade back to the $45 premium plan. I advise you not to step down because when you step down, you will loose the SAVE10 promotion that were applied to your account

So this ended up being good for me since my $10 off discount was going to expire a year from now. Now I should only be paying $30/mo instead of $35, and the discount was extended for an additional 13 months compared to my previous plan.
*Edit* To be fair, the discount doesn't yet show on my account, but the rep said it would take 4-24 hours to reflect, so I will keep an eye out.
*Edit* I was charged $30 for January and Feb bill shows I owe $30. SAVE15 for 25 months shows as applied to my account in the Visible app.

So I'm a bit confused. They're offering unlimited FASTEST data, but limiting SLOWER data to 50GB/mo?
They're also claiming "Unlimited use of your phone as a WiFi connection at twice the speed as Visible plan." If I'm on a standard plan, does it mean twice the speed as it is now? I usually pull around 50Mbps down and 4Mbps up at home, so does it mean roughly 100/8 or something along those lines? Can anyone who has upgraded share their numbers?
