My flow motion activated faucet stopped working about a year ago. The faucet works but the sensor doesn't activate any more. I still have it but I miss only having to wave in front of the sensor to turn it on. I changed the batteries and made sure the sensor was clear and clean. Does anyone have any advice or experience with this issue?
Order a replacement controller from company. About $20, they may send it free if under (or close) to year of purchase.

Which one is the high arch version?
From the pictures it seems all of them have small heads comparing to other known brand, is that an accurate observation?
this high arc with larger head for $10 more.

I've been using the Bio Bidet Flow Motion Activated Kitchen Faucet for over 4 years now, so I feel I can offer a pretty honest review. At first, the motion activation was super convenient, especially when my hands are messy in the kitchen. It worked great for the first few months. But after some time, I started running into issues. The battery drains pretty quickly, and the sensor would sometimes stop responding correctly. There were times when it would turn on by itself, and I'd have to go manually turn it off to avoid wasting water. The problem is, my bedroom is on the second floor, and the kitchen is on the first floor—so sometimes I forget about it and can't notice that it's on. This mainly happens when the battery is low. Replacing the AA batteries does fix the problem temporarily, but it's definitely a hassle.
At this point, I've just disabled the motion activation feature altogether (there's a knob for that), and I'm using it as a regular faucet. The concept is great, but the battery drain and sensor issues make it less ideal for long-term use unless you're okay with regularly replacing the batteries. Still, it's fine for now, just not as convenient as it once was.

i feel like i would hate having motion sensor activated. can you turn that feature off?
Yes. There's a toggle on the bottom where it's manual on off

I've had 2 of these now. The 5 year warranty was used 3 times. There will be water build up on the bottom of the base that will lift the finish. They replaced it. Then the second started doing it too. Now I am dealing with it. None of them had any major issues. Batteries do last quite a while. And the motion activation is pretty nice and easy to get used to

I actually love the design! Let me think about where I should replace it at home.

I got the Moen version of this from Amazon and I am very pleased with it. Does unexpectedly get your wrist wet on occasion when you have your hand reaching for the soap dispenser but that's not bad once you get used to it. I actually got it on Amazon used/like new and it was perfect and half the price.

Great, bought two as backups.

I have two Flow 770 for the past 3 years and only broke one time: no water comes out even though the sensor activated fine. While trying to figure out what's going on, the manual operation switch was a bit overturned (very fragile plastic) and scared me (no more manual mode). I almost gave up and decided to replace the whole damn thing, luckily found the problem: the little button on the spray head (press to stop water) was somehow stuck. Tapping it several times released the valve.

Home Depot also has Flow 770 for $99.99 (though OOS right now). [homedepot.com]
Same problem on mine at around year 3 - except mine kept having isues, called bio bidet and they actually send me a new head which cleared the issue up. No problem with getting them to replace it for free. Showed up in about 3 days

Is the flow x or the 770 better?
They seem the same to me. Am I missing something?

I had one of these. I kind of like the concept but the faucet didn't allow full flow, and the location of the sensor was awkward.
At one point I reached out to flow motion to complain about the reduced flow, and never got any reply.
I now have a Kohler motion activated faucet and am much happier.

Adding to the thoughts of this faucet, I've had this as well for over 4 years. There are some quirks I've experienced myself and have had to RMA one this:
1. Maybe 8-10x since I've had the sink turn on randomly and had to wipe down or use the sensor multiple times to reset.
2. Maybe 2x I had a situation where the sensor didn't work and I had to jiggle things down below with the sensor controller and having to go into manual mode for some time and then later move back to sensor mode where it "fixed" itself.
3. Maybe 2x were legitimate battery changes needed.
4. 1x I had to do an RMA because the sensor straight up didn't work any longer. BioBidet was very good about working w/ me to get it replaced but I ran out of my warranty so let's see what happens from here on out.
5. It is a bit annoying to be washing something large and having the sensor pick that up and turning off unexpectedly. This is where a touch version of this may be more beneficial.

Overall I still enjoy this faucet and prefer this over your manual faucet. However, if this one breaks down and needs replacement, I'll consider other options.

Contact support if you're still within warranty (5 years): https://biobidet.com/pages/warranty

My experience with them was very good. IMO, they will stand behind their warranty and take care of you.

I have their bidet seat and works well, but are their faucets any better than other generic chinese faucets? HD has a better looking one for the same price https://www.homedepot.com/p/Monda.../332143092

I have had one for a few years, I really like it. I had a problem with it leaking out the handle and they sent me a replacement cartridge, it was a bitch to get out but I did finally get it apart and fixed. I would recommend it, it is very convenient
