You might as well buy this set from walmart that has every single piece the set from Macy's has plus some extras for $2 cheaper. This Macy's set is 92 cents / cup. The walmart set is 55 cents per cup.

Of course it's BPA free. It's made of HDPE and silicone, neither of which are plasticized with BPA. It's like selling "diet water".
