Everyone ready for another iteration of the same thing? I don't know why I do it every year, but it's been a good 4 years now where I literally can't tell the difference and just deal with a hassle of moving everything over and logging into everything for no reason.

I still haven't used any of the AI crap that came with the s24 ultra.

Samsung customer service is garbage in case you have any issues. It's so bad, I think I'm ditching the phones after this one. I have theee ongoing issues for a dishwasher, a TV and 2 pending trade ins and they just keep telling me they will resolve, gaslighting me, context us next week, etc etc. It's so terrible

99% of people on post-paid plans (literally) don't switch carriers. If I trusted Samsung's trade-in process in the slightest I'd consider their store an option but I don't. I traded my Galaxy Watch 4 in for a 5, the 4 was pristine and worn probably only 2 dozen times and they originally said it had some defect that wouldn't qualify it for trade-in. I had to fight them, there's no way I'd ever risk trading my phone in with them since its far more worn (no damage or screen scratches but 3 years worth of use...). The 1000 dollar trade in credits with my carrier is definitely the best play

Dude, I'm in the same boat.

The Note 20 Ultra is a powerhouse of a phone.

It's an older phone but the design and performance is still amazing today.

Having 1 TB of storage basically means you can download whatever you want on it.

Such a shame Samsung went away from the SD card capability. That alone makes me not want to switch unless I have to.
