I recently bought a different ozone generator to kill wasps. Every so often there's a nest in the ground in my yard. I saw somewhere that putting an ozone generator in an enclosure next to the entrance will kill the whole nest in a few hours. No pesticides needed. I hadn't considered using one as anything other than a weapon.

Breathing ozone can become very dangerous. Avoid this product unless you know what it is, actually need it, and know how to safely use it.

Does this work for smells coming from the car a/c vents? I've changed the in-cabin filter on a regular basis, but still get occational funk at start up.

I detail cars and use an ozone generator like this for odors such as smoke and funk. Start the car, put the ac on with circulator running set this on the middle console shut all doors and let run for 20-30min. Afterwards turn car off, leave doors open for awhile to air out. Should do the trick

I worked at a hotel for a while and we used a beefier version to put in rooms that smelled like smoke. we would put it in set the timer and leave the room closed for at least 24 hours to let the ozone break back down to O2. Couldn't even tell that someone had smoked in the room after it had been treated. Didn't seem to be worthless to me in that application.

That funk is usually mildew/mold from water sitting in the AC. Easiest way to kill it is to turn the AC on full blast and spray Lysol into the intake vents on the outside of the car near the wipers. Should kill anything in there without the need to buy an ozone generator.

Yes it does! Run the HVAC in the car on recirculate for about the first 30-60 min while running ozone machine. Stank = GONE
