This is terrible! This thing weighs a ton! It feels like solid steal, completely unyielding, pressure sucks even when removing the regulator, and you definitely don't want to drop it on you feet! I returned it after 3 days! I I wouldn't want this for free.

really, it is THAT heavy! shockingly so.

The design looks interesting but the demo video show weak water stream.
It's also missing the focused concentrated spray mode which is beneficial and needed. Like Moen deal but pass on this one. Cost don't mean much if it's doesn't work like the way you want it to.

I bought the Kohler showerheads from Costco for many rental units over the years, never had to return any of them yet. They're around $69 on average, but infinitely better than this one.

You can remove the low flow restriction seals on most of these low flow devices. YouTube is your friend.

Just FYI and of course YMMV but I tried these out from a deal at Costco or possibly Sam's Club and they were absolute junk. Low water flow and the head barely stayed on. I think there is a reason that they have hit this price point...

I have a moen with the large fixed head and smaller magnet type like this. The magnetic head stays on fine. Even if I aim the fixture down and the wall pushes against magnetic head's hose, it still stays on. However, I can aim it too low wherein the magnetic head loses contact. YMMV.

Be careful some of these require drilling to remove water flow restrictors! Best to just buy a cheaper unit from amazon that usually works just as well and has much higher water pressure!

Moen is very good about replacing parts and will send them directly to the consumer. I've personally had them replace the sprayer hose on a 10yr old kitchen faucet just by calling and telling them it burst. So, you may not be able to return it anywhere, but from my experience, Moen is exceptional when it comes to taking care of customers.
