This looks scary dangerous. 40 lbs of bottom centered weight could tilt/shift so easily with a tiny nudge.
Real racks are anchored and much heavier with more than 2 legs.

Depending on your weight, benching 305 probably puts you around the top 10% of lifters. Most won't ever get there. So, Bench, overhead press, curls, etc. could be useful on this. Personally, I prefer a power rack.

Power rack for sure. I don't even think I'm 160 right now I'll have to check. It was a goal considering I didn't squat growing up like I did upper body compounds.

I agree with everything you're saying, I would just hold off from recommending this because the rack does not look sturdy.
