How strong is vanilla flavor? I mainly use to make protein ice cream so vanilla base is always good since I can always tweak it with various flavors. Like adding fruits or chocolate, peanut butter powders

I got the vanilla last time for around $49.99 I believe. Overall it tastes pretty good, but it definitely does not mix too well in a regular shaker.

It says 100% whey, unless if I'm missing something?

It's easier on digestion since it's got almost no lactose and it offers more protein/kcal slightly. The consensus is that it doesn't make much a difference unless you're very sensitive to lactose and therefor not worth paying significantly more for it vs standard protein concentrate
I submit an even easier "rule" though: if you have to ask, it's not for you (you would know everything I said already if you were the target consumer)
