Open: Open a new Chase Business Complete Checking® account. To open a Chase Performance Business Checking® (or Chase Performance Business Checking® with Interest) account, Chase Platinum Business CheckingSM account, or if the business is a Not For Profit, please visit a branch. Accounts are subject to approval.
Fund: Deposit a total of $2,000 or more in new money into your new qualifying checking account within 30 days from offer enrollment. The new money cannot be existing deposits at Chase or its affiliates.
Your new money deposit amount will be determined in the following manner at 30 days from offer enrollment:
$300 when you fund with $2,000 - $9,999
$500 when you fund with $10,000 or more
Maintain: Maintain the new money (at least $2,000 for the $300 offer OR at least $10,000 for the $500 offer) in the new checking account for at least 60 days from the offer enrollment. That's correct. Chase personal bank bonuses, business bank bonuses, personal credit cards, and business credit cards are all separate offers.
Note that the $500 bonus counts as taxable interest income. You will receive a 1099-INT. Depending on your tax bracket, you'll probably be sending $100-200 of the bonus to the IRS.

Credit card bonuses are considered rebates/cashback from spending. Bank bonuses are considered as interests though so are taxable as interest.
This offer just started last week. It was $30000 deposit and 5 debit card transactions for $750 which is I enrolled. Then saw this this is also not bad for $10000 deposit $5000.
