I purchased 2 when they were $99, and although locked for 1 year they've been working flawlessly for several months now on Tello using MKSD Ultra V5.6

For those having trouble porting in from TracFone, Straight Talk, or Total Wireless, here are the steps you need to take at the porting part. This is based on my experience. I have successfully completed port-ins from these sites after working out this guide. The guide below is taken from Total Wireless port into Metro. It should be the same for Straight Talk and other TracFone subsidiaries including TracFone.

Port Info Needed:
Most can be found here
https://www.totalwireless.com .. my-account.. manage-lines
Line: Phone number
Account: Phone IMEI (Text Four to 611611 to confirm)
Zip code: Your zip code
PIN: Text NTP to 611611 to generate your PIN.

----------------------
At the Porting part.
1. Enter the port info.
2. Metro contacts Total Wireless. (See picture 1)
3. Metro throws an error even if you entered everything correctly. (See picture 2)
4. The error is because Total Wireless is contacting the line owner to warn them about the port. (See picture 3)
5. Click on Correct errors.
6. Re-enter everything again and make sure everything is correct.
7. Metro throws another error. The same one as seen in Picture 2.
8. This is a bug on Metro site.
9. Click on the X at the top right to close that error message.
10. Metro proceeds to completing the order.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once you clicked on submitting the order to Metro, your Total/ST/Tracfone line is immediately inactivated on their respective site, not allowing you to port that line any further even if Metro denied your order asking you to contact them or go to their store for completing the order. In order words, you cannot reverse the porting at Total/ST/Tracfone. I spent 2 hours with Total and it was going nowhere.

Was anyone able to order a 4th phone? My 3rd iphone 13 was delivered. I tried to add a 4th line but after clicking Place your order, the system told me to call or go to a store. I probably will try another name and delivery address tomorrow.
Try a different device, wifi/data, credit card, address, name, incognito browser

after the unsuccessful try to order the 4th iphone 13, Metro might have blocked me from adding a new line, because the "add a new line" button disappeared, and if I go to the iphone 13 link from the metro website, it said I can't add a new line at this time. Will see if they remove the block after 24 hours or so.

Try both IMEIs (IMEI1 and IMEI2) -- if your IMEI doesn't show up as eSIM then maybe your phone model is not eSIM compatible for their service

You can try checking VZ website as well:
https://www.verizon.com/sales/dig...eIMEI.html

Thanks. I try all of them and it doesn't work. I have the Moto G Stylus 2023 which has eSIM. Before I was thinking Metro doesn't completely unlock it for me. I contacted T-Mobile and they told me when a phone being unlocked they won't just partially unlock the PSIM and leave the eSIM locked. So I guess I need to wait for the Visible physical sim comes before I can order from Metro.

Every Device I tried is currently locked. Visible giving me a hard time with esim information, should I wait for a standard sim and try?

I was able to get 4, trying to squeeze another one in.

First 3 same card
4th one had to use a different card

They will freeze port in # and have to call to get that released.

Did you also have to change the name, email, shipping address, etc.?

Hello, everyone. I got my phone today. But i am staying in Canada. It seems Metro doesn't have service here. My phone is showing SOS. Since i have no service, i cannot access Metro account. Tried to call customer service, but they can't do anything since they need SMS to access my account. My question is: can I just leave it like this? The second monthly fee will be charged or not? I don't think I enrolled autopay. If not paid, is there any extra charges or Metro just suspend my plan immediately? I don't need to use this phone plan anyway. All I care are the future charges and whether it will be unlocked automatically after one year. Thank you guys.
