I'm going to disagree on the order of removal and installation. Always remove the negative terminal first and reinstall it last. This eliminates the possibility of shorting a tool between the positive terminal and frame ground while removing/installing it.

Keep in mind the battery is a critical car component. The price is low enough to take the risk of early failure but have a backup plan (keep a lithium jump starter in the trunk, it's useful to have anyways) and don't expect warranty service (if any at all) to get you another battery before you buckle and pick one up locally.
The benefit of purchasing locally is just driving in to get the battery tested and swapped if defective within the 3 year warranty. On that note, don't go to Costco for batteries, they suck ever since they started the pro-rated refund.

Edit: Not dumping on the deal, I bought the H6. No core charge for recycling means I can keep the existing one which is mostly functional as a backup (remote start was failing which is a high cutoff). I figured my scenario is low risk.

If you've never heard of it then how do you know if it's a piece of junk? Do reviews matter to you at all? This brand is steadily gaining market share because they offer excellent value, which I thought was why we are all here. You do you, but I love my Weize automotive and powersports batteries and they serve me well at a compelling price.
Good for you..never heard of em and won't buy em... when it comes to important purchases in my life..I don't cut corners!

Everyone that's commented has obviously replaced their own battery, but what about those of us that have not. According to their search tool, the Group 47, 12, 60ah is the one for my car at $119.95 which is about what I paid a few years ago for a used one..thing is I have never replaced a battery before..any tips?

Ordered a H6 last time these were on sale and it died after 2 weeks of sitting. I emailed weize and they sorted it out and I had a new replacement battery in 4 days. New battery has been fine since.
how did they sort it out remotely? did they ask u to do some testing?

Oh jeez. I didn't see that and I'm embarrassed that this vendor is doing this after I posted their deals. Absolutely ridiculous. These days I boycott any entity that asks for tips "just because". I gave the manager at Papa Murphy's a piece of my mind after they actively asked for a tip at the drive thru.

I bought one of their AGM batteries (via Amazon) and upon charging it ballooned outwards. I told them and they sent me a replacement which... well... balloons less. I put it in my car and decided to just fugettaboutit. Cool

They don't list battery for my 2006 Accord 2.4 liter sedan. Any suggestions? thanks in advance.

Your CR-V has a tiny 51R battery which is not offered by Weize to my knowledge. If you're a DIYer and want to make a substitution, there's a similar sized U1 AGM I linked in an earlier comment that should do the job. Another commenter is installing this U1 his Mazda Miata that came with the same 51R. The U1 is a large lawn/garden size AGM with similar specs, and is super cheap at $37 shipped. Terminals will likely be different, so the roll of the dice and terminal/tiedown adaptation are up to you.

It looks like your Accord takes a 51R as well. They aren't so easy to find, and even less so at a decent price. Best price I see is this one on eBay new for $94.61 shipped. I'm not familiar with the brand name so that's about all I can say.

I've had many AGMs of different brands swell; it seems to be a normal thing due to a pressure relief type vent instead of the wide open vent that flooded batteries have. Likely has something to do with them being sealed and maintenance free. I've installed hundreds at my work and all the larger ones swell to some extent. Never had one crack or rupture because of it, and they reliably last for years.

Thanks, was there a U1 equivalent that Miata guy found for AGM?
