I was able to add it to cart for in store pickup.

I had $10 in Lowe's cash that was expiring so a good use for it.

Those Dewalt 1" bits are incorrectly tempered, if at all they have gone thru the hardening process, and they break or get ruined far too easy. Same issue with some Milwaukee bits as well.
You pay a bit more for Makita or Vessel but in my experience, they have been properly heat treated and last a long time.

I think the store has to have stock in your store for pickup. My local store has it for $24 pickup/delivery because they don't have any stock. Couple of cities away with stock available for pickup, it is $12 when added to cart.
