Just FYI, this file sander works okay with regular belts, but not with conditioning belts. It does not have the ability to run conditioning belts. Good deal on regular ceramic belts at Empire Abrasives.

Due to lack of clearance, I gather?
I got the Milwaukee M12 version a couple weeks ago.. I think they can take conditioning belts, which is something I wanted to try, but as soon as I saw the prices of the belts (5-10x+ more expensive each) I figured I'll wait until I have an actual need heh
These are handy though if you're into metalworking - makes quick work of deburring and breaking hard corners (and spot welds, which is one of the main selling points).
I do a lot of sanding but I don't think this small band would be good for what I do. I need something for 3d prints to get in between weird gaps and stuff idk.
I have some ryobi stuff and I keep looking for another tool I find useful but I'm not seeing any lol. Its definitely a me problem because there's so many but every time I see one posted I check it out.

Try cutting the teeth off of an old oscillating multi-tool blade, then just glue sandpaper around it.

Would you not just use a rotary tool or grinding/engraving pen for this? That is what I use on my electronics workbench for when I need to remove various bits of plastic or solder mask. Granted I know nothing about sanding 3D prints.
You're right, it was all in single package. I returned it because all I wanted was the batteries.
Waiting to find something like these in-store:
RYOBI ONE+ 18V HIGH PERFORMANCE 2.0 Ah + 2x 4.0 Ah Batteries + Charger $100 (Select Stores, In-Store Only)
Select Home Depot Stores: 2-Pack RYOBI ONE+ HP 18V HP 6.0 Ah Batteries $111 (In-Store Only)

• 1/2" belt width
• 15/16" roller height
• 3 1/4" adjuster to tip
• 4 1/2" body to tip
In other words, it's 1/2" x 15/16" for the first 3 1/4" of depth, then 1 5/16" x 15/16" for the next 1 1/4"
