Why would you thumb down a deal that clearly says YMMV? Such behavior discourages others from posting items that may be available for some and not for others. Unless of course, you feel $1,999 isn't a good price for a $5,499 item, for those that can find it.

Bought 5 of them for my business all 5 broken with 6 months and no repair shop local that works on them which a waste of money I ended up buying Toro z turn replacements that have good customer service

It's slick cause of the price compared to what it normally sells for, not because of how it compares in your mind to another product

Another snub fanboy response. You guys are worthless for ANYONE getting an honest response to a question that QUESTIONS the logic of your fanboy "deals". Your response indicates that my math is correct. You would have to be a fanboy to pay this much for this capability ...
You don't buy a riding mower for the same lot size that you would buy a 600 dollar Honda for. I didn't think that would need to be explained..

You have to update your account settings. Took me a while to figure that out this morning.

Having had both, if the price was the same, I'd prob buy gas. You just never see gas ones with the discounts these electric ones have at times. Gas is easier to fix and maintain when things go wrong and are less of a throw away like electric. But gas is louder, smells, requires a good bit of maintenance and additional costs associated. The deck alone uses multiple pulleys and belts that go bad. Electric deck is direct drive, motor attached to each blade. Much less to go wrong, but when it does, harder to replace. I feel like they both have their place and it depends on need and price point

Well this kind of pisses me off. Been holding out for one of these for years. I have all these alerts configured for mowers. I check Slickdeals like 10 times a day. And this appears on my page 2 days after it was originally posted and now it's sold out at all 3 locations around me? Real bummer

Picked one up this morning from the Lowes down the road. They had 1 in stock always kept inside, with batteries and charger. The clerk was going to try to order one and see if they could get a brand new crate one anyways. Should be delivered later this week.
This should be fine for my half acre of mowing area with several trees. Borrowed my neighbor's zero turn this past summer and it reduced my yardwork time from 2 hours to 45 minutes. I already have other ego tools as well...blower, trimmer, pole saw, etc.

Trolling? So asking questions to get educated is "trolling"? Are you a mindless EGO fanboy? You answer honest, educated questions with a response like this? Shame ...
You did not "ask questions," at least not sincere ones. You made an argument, and a poor one that no one agreed with. You then said you were cool with any feedback, even negative, and then spazed when you got some.

This is tempting. In stock near me (NC). Getting tired of my Crapsman lawn tractor breaking down every season.

Because they don't want a gas mower...I didn't think that needed to be explained.
