Why would you thumb down a deal that clearly says YMMV? Such behavior discourages others from posting items that may be available for some and not for others. Unless of course, you feel $1,999 isn't a good price for a $5,499 item, for those that can find it.

Bought 5 of them for my business all 5 broken with 6 months and no repair shop local that works on them which a waste of money I ended up buying Toro z turn replacements that have good customer service

I just downvoted it, because the condition of these seem to be very mixed. Most have been sitting around Lowes for a very long time. My store had 6 all in the same condition, dirt everywhere including inside the battery box, rust and just awful looking hand grips. I've seen used ones for sale in much better condition. The batteries are from 2021 and its not clear if any of it works. And if it doesn't getting warranty work is not easy as Ego is not happy about this fire sale. I canceled my order after viewing the condition of the mower. Its also not easy to see, the stores put these way in the back where customers cannot go.

The recent warranty response from Ego is promising. The one I picked up from a local store was questionable. It was available for ordering online this morning, so I ordered another for delivery. We'll see if it's in any better shape and if it includes the right batteries and charger. It'll be a pain to have to return two, but even at $2k, it's too pricey to take a chance of getting a dud. Despite living in an urban area, the nearest place that will do warranty work on Ego tools is about an hour and a half away. Best case scenario is a freshly assembled mower with dead batteries that can be replaced with new ones under warranty.

Does anyone have received and have their mower working....got mine today....LCD is on but can't move mower forward/backward and the blade doesn't not engage ...

i found 5 but none have batteries or chargers...Lowes said they are being sold for the 2k price because tno batteries
the mowers have been stored in doors ...they would not budge on the price i told them the website shows 4 batteries

I bought mine from the store. That way I tested everything and yes, it works.

That's a lie. On the page, it states it comes with 4 batteries. Take it back or confront them because its plainly stated. I almost don't believe they said that to you.

Ordered online....came with (4)10ah March 2022 with charger.. so far all 4 batteries working...there are signs it was store outdoor...so
