but I agree it should be 75% off

Anecdotally I work in a over 1 million sq ft office building and chocolate Halloween candy is still just fine from peoples candy dishes. I wouldn't bet on licorice from Halloween 2024 at this point though. In the case of snickers about 3.5 fun size = a normal bar making this chocolate around 59.5 cents a normal bar on average.
