If the voltage matches 3.7v. It's watt hours not amps.
Possible these are slightly lower. TSA is unlikely to fuss over it.
I recently watched a video featuring Adam Savage where they used CT scans to look inside different battery cells, and it really highlighted how inconsistent (and sometimes unsafe) these cheaper, off-brand units can be.
Also, "leaving it in the sun to charge" which is a big selling point feature of these could really be bad if the cells dont have the saftey standards in place to protect from catching fire. Heat and lithium batteries aren't exactly a great combination, so that feels like it could add another layer of risk.
Would be great to see if they have the safety features in these cells that they should, I simply don't trust that they do at this price and it only being sold by this retailer.
