Have these, they work, but the constant need to recharge is annoying. They last about 5 days til dead, about 2 days of full brightness. I wouldn't buy again.

I have 2 sets of these lights in the same exact packaging that I picked up in a bin store (Amazon return) for $9 each. All work great and last a long time. We use them in our camper semi-permanent camper and as hallway/porch lights for late night movement. They work great both indoor and under a tin roof outdoor. The sensors reach at least 20 ft. They're not bright enough to replace a room light, but are great for under cabinets, night lights, or closets.

no brand name = not a good product

(also not a good price)
The worst thing I see in recent reviews is that it needs to be charged really frequently like once every couple weeks. That's probably its biggest flaw. 99% of recent reviews were positive and that was the worse consistent issue. Yes there was some failure as is the case of any electronics but overall small amount.

That's different compared to constant failures. If there was constant failures the last few months of reviews would reveal that. Battery life is its worse thing.

But that doesn't stop them from leaving reviews.
4.5 stars doesn't seem to indicate poor quality.
how about:

total reviews: 6744
one-star: 666
two star: 468

have 2 sets of the longer version, they (for 2 months) have worked very well
have not needed a recharge (of course traffic matters) for use in a closet and in a closed set of bookshelves

Is this really a good deal over others? I see a ton at this price $10/light. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0D48K3T6K

So 16% of people dislike it? The first two negative reviews that I saw was that Amazon had something leak on the box, and that the person wanted to have the lights on 100% of the time and was surprised that it killed the battery.

I bought this item a year ago and works awesome. In a pantry and light goes on 10 times day, charge it maybe once a month. Works great.
I use them in a pantry. Same experience as you. These have been great.

I have this, don't bother, you have to keep it plugged in because the charging doesn't last long at all. Pain to turn off and on and the magnetic plates just make it slip all over when trying to turn it on and off… wouldn't recommend

Just buy these from AliExpress or temu for less than five bucks
