For comparison - the Harbor Freight ICON equivalent sells for $370 in-store. Even with a 40% ICON-specific coupon, it would still be $222.

Camel shows it was $150 back in August, might wait and see if it will go lower?

I just realized that this is not Amazon direct sold - I was wondering why SD's price chart didn't match the Camel's. The reason was that I was looking at Amazon direct sales.

That said. Yes, the $150 something price by a third party would be amazing… but I'm not sure if that was totally brand new or not. Not only that, some third party sellers can be sketchy… so, hard to tell how serious to take that price. This is a good price currently, but since it's not Amazon direct - sure, you could wait and see what happens.

This one gets bad reviews on home Depot website. Also the icon one has a lifetime warranty including the warranty on the electronics inside. Infact it's a better warranty than even snap on has for digital torque wrenches.

I actually own one of these in the 1/4" version - looks exactly like this one in 120XP flex head. You'd have to be more specific about the bad HD reviews, as I really like mine. The interface is a bit funky and not super intuitive, but otherwise, it's a beautiful tool and it works very well (use it for critical screw tightening on my carbon fiber bikes).

$160 right now on Woot.

Yeah, it's not a cheap tool, but at 160 or 190, you're getting a lot of features/functionality for the price.
In this price range, though, my preference would be to go with a more basic wrench from CDI or Precision instruments. Would rather sacrifice features (e.g. use an ink pen for torque angle) and get a more robust/proven tool. That's my preference though, cant really go wrong with this.

That was a great catch - and a great deal. In addition, Woot is pretty much the same as "sold by Amazon." I just checked, though, and it's already sold out. So, great deal while it lasted.

I just bought the icon. I thought that too but sheet inside specifies different.
Electronics nor calibration are lifetime warranty.
Just the body and ratcheting mechanism.
Same as snap on, cdi and nearly everyone else on digital angle torque wrenches
