What makes this good for extra tight teeth? Just a thinner piece of floss?

Edit: it looks like the answer is nothing makes this special for extra tight teeth. they use the flat silk floss, rather than the woven floss, so it inherently works better for tighter teeth. silk floss is where it's at anyway, so I'm in. I know you all were hanging by a thread waiting for my decision. Carry on.

Thanks for not leaving us hanging. Seriously though, I actually came into the thread wondering what makes it better for extra tight teeth so thanks for that haha.

I bought these and sent them back. Too small and too slippery. Can't get a good grip on them.
