Worth it to me to get one I know is really a 256GB card made by Samsung.

Depends on dashcam brand. Used ir in 1080 garmin and another crappy brand 4k for years. Switched to viofo mini2 card died. It killed multiple samsung cards so i know it's not the cards. Currently have a cheap garbage microcenter branded in 4k cam. No problem.
