Haha the age-old question is this a vocal pedal or a guitar pedal? Does look interesting/good price but man, my wallet is killing me lol.

Isnt it both?

Im curious how this would integrate onto a board (like with distortion pedals etc) or in an FX loop though. Presumably the reverb and signal chain would apply separately to the guitar and the mic/xlr in and xlr out independent? But then i saw a video where the reverb applies to the vocal so wasnt sure… seems like a cool pedal either way though after watching a few youtube vids. Super tempting to grab

I own this pedal. The guitar signal is unaffected, it only uses the guitar for pitch tracking.
As much as I want to like it, it lacks realism to use up front in the mix.

Yeah, I've been contemplating getting a Headrush Prime, but have talked myself out of it, so have been watching demos of vocal and synth pedals. T.C seems to the champ on the vocal effects.

The new prime flex looks cool but I feel burned by headrush with them EOLing the headrush mx5. The mx5 isnt even that old - the hx stomp is older and was released in 2018 and it's still getting firmware updates whereas the mx5 was only released in 2021.

Yeah, I can understand that. I like the built in Vocal chain options of the Core, but was quite disappointed to find the majority of the tones and effects are the same as the MX5.
