I don't use this product very often.
It is designed to simply be sprayed on dishes you are going to wash or put in the dishwasher later.
If you look at the ingredients, it has more chemicals to break down grease, etc. than regular Dawn.
That being said, if I leave it on a while it seems to make rinsing or washing dishes easier than using simply water.
Definitely something to buy only when on super sale.
