Bought this set about 8-10 years ago, 4 years in my truck tool box on a drill rig. Having both knipex and this set - at the days end they do the job just as well and are worth the $40 for this set! However for the bigger or mini's knipex takes the cake. You can put these on a pipe thread fitting and stand on them at least!

Even if they are the same, I am not sure that the OP deal is not good. The lowest for the Amazon one is $36 and without meaningful warranty. The set OP posted is 41.6-5 (sign up reward)=36.6, and Napa has lifetime warranty.

I received mine a couple days ago. It says made in Taiwan on the packaging.
