I bought this TV for the same price a couple weeks ago. I am honestly disappointed in it. It replaced a 2008 model Samsung 46" LCD, which was admittedly pretty high end at the time, but I just feel the LCD picture was more vivid/bright.

Positives include value, ability to set up without connecting to the internet, you can set it to default to HDMI at startup for use with a streaming device.

Other than picture brightness any other negatives? Are you using the Xumo interface or a streaming device on HDMI? If Xumo, any comments on that?

I am using a Fire stick and completely avoiding the Xumo interface. I didn't even connect the TV to the internet. My other other observation is that after several hours of use it will jump back to the Xumo home screen. This occurs while the Fire stick is on and I am trying to figure out why. I turned off the TV sleep timer today to see if that helps.
