Same price at sam's club and Costco though you get $10 in-product credit instead. Can be used towards e-file fee.

Thank you!! I almost bought the Premiere without the gift card for the same price. Glad I checked here first.

And that'll let you use a different state, too?
I was thinking about that. I doubt it.

Went to buy it and Amazon asks me to enter the CC number which they already have.
Never happened before, they just used to ask if I wanted to use the default card.
What is going on?

After reading through all the comments, I think I'll be able to save a significant amount of money each year. For example, I just learned that I can use Deluxe instead of Premier for stock transactions, including what sounds like automatic imports, which will save about $20 compared to purchasing Premier. Additionally, I learned that instead of paying $25 for the first state e-file, you can simply print the state return at the end and mail it in for about $1. Altogether, these tips have the potential to save me around $45 per year.

Thank you all for sharing this helpful information! Feel free to like this comment to put it towards to top.
All good, but that's really no "significant amount"

If I had a Costco membership I'd buy from Costco without the markup

Rather have the $10 in-app credit than $10 gift card.

Plus Amazon scheduling their discount to coincide with Costco's deal is a lame move 😒They should've kept to their own traditional discount period of end of December.
Please explaine Costco better than Amazon? Costco $45 with $10 in products discount. IE you efile State cost $25 -10 = $15. Amazon $45-$10= $25 you pay State Efile $25. Still cost a lot if you snail mail Amazon would be better, doesn't it?

Why do you need Premier? My return is complicated and Deluxe has everything I need.
Your return is complicated. Maybe theirs is more complicated.

I have a situation to claim refund from one state and pay for another, basically two state taxes. All these softwares show one State. Is there any that supports two state file with Fed?
