Good question. That was my use case idea too. Bathroom light and fan hooked to one switch.
You mean 2 amp rating (~250w), but I suspect it wouldn't have the headroom to deal with an inductive load like a ceiling fan. However the Panasonic soft-start quiet bathroom vents would be fine since they are controlled by their own digital circuitry so it won't behave as an inductive load on the switch.

I believe the way these work is pass a few mA to ground, just enough for the circuit. But this means that if you have too many on one circuit they will trip GFCI breakers.
I do walk into other rooms (without a motion sensor installed) in my home and sometimes expect the light to go on.
