True, but without this you pay more, that's the whole point. Not everyone can go out to restaurants based on weather and commute availability.

I spend about $2,000 per month on Uber Eats and Uber…….. if there weren't a limit, I would buy probably $10k worth of these! I am in for my allotment though!

Do you keep receiving juicy promos if you have a gift card balance?
I used to receive uber car discounts like 15% off up $5.
it stopped when i loaded the giftcard the last time costco had $75 for $100 uber deal.

I only loaded 1 and i haven't used any of it yet because i've been taking lyft.
Lyft is only 10% up to $3 but it's still cheaper than Uber by $3

So why do you care to use gift cards and save a few pennies on your company's expense account? Pay full price and get hotel and cc points for yourself

Hello I ordered 2 sets of uber gift cards and one of the $50 I received says already redeemed. I contacted both uber and Costco. Did anyone experience issue like this. I have purchased gift cards many times from Costco never had issue and this is first time.

I was just thinking about that... Too bad my closest Chipotle isn't on the list.

Does the pickup work the same as it does through the app? Or is there any difference with pickup?

Also $75 - executive and CC CB is some pretty decent savings. Almost 30% off....

Would there be anyway to claim points later in Chipotle app if we order through Uber eats?

Thanks best advice in these comments think I'll take it. Only thing I'd buy these cards for is Uber but their crooked algorithm knows you've got credit loaded and jacks fares to compensate

It does not for me. I've compared loaded with >$500 vs friend next to me with $0 many places and times. Also I still get promos.

Because math.
Receipt still shows you paid what you paid.

Your math isn't mathing. If I get 10% reward points on my credit card and I buy a gift card at half price for $50 I get $5 in points. If I pay full price of $100, I get $10 in points. The receipt does indeed show what you paid and what you paid is what is used to calculate the percent of rewards you get. You still expense 100% of the cost whether it's $50 or $100. Higher cost x %rewards = more rewards : math

I get it now. This person is simply pocketing the discount on the GCs by de-frauding the company on full reimbursement. It's just fraud especially given the stated intent
