How does this game play on the switch? Wasn't a fan of the street fighter collection. Felt like it wasn't as responsive to the controller, might have been just me

The street fighter anniversary collection was made by a 3rd party. Capcom fighting collection 1 and this game were made in house by capcom so it plays better.

Most stores have until the end of this month to return items bought during Xmas. Just buy this one and return it with your old receipt at the place you originally bought it from.
