I am returning an 8 inch purchased earlier. These are incredibly light and they heat up too quickly for my liking, also the handle stays hot.

The price seems OK to try ceramic?
I returned my last set of ceramic because the box said low heat only. the store did not. Do all ceramics require low heat? i will probably end up the the stainless set from yesterday.

This is ceramic-coated, not ceramic. There is a big difference there.

Something heavier duty that provides more oomf, I'd bet.

I've never met a ceramic I like. Graniteware or other brand "granite" pans ftw. Watch project farm reviews to get something good.
