I love Spyderco and this is a quality place to purchase these from.

With that said, their Damascus isn't great looking (or performing) and most of these aren't great. The SpydieChef is the best shown and I believe the regular model was just discontinued a few months back and sold for way less. To me, it's quite flat and doesn't feel good in hand. I thought it was disappointing, but some people love it.

Sale onf the Spidiechef is pretty rare. Love mine I picked up on the secondary. Would love one in 15V if they ever did a sprint run of it

It is a very cool knife and hard to beat price. You could probably sell it for more on the secondary if you held it for a bit.

The Damascus is hit or miss for some. But you are getting a Damascus limited run exclusive for less money than the standard black VG-10 version. Good deal IMO.

Ebay second-hand's going rate is about $180-200 for one in very good condition, so it's not all that rare. The problem with Spyderco's TI framelock is they are too lazy to put in a steel insert, so it would be common to get lock stick and premature wear.

Can't go wrong with it., very good-looking knife from a great company. Get it now as they won't be around forever and if you change your mind when you get it in hand just sell it later. They are selling on Ebay for $110+ already.

Same, I don't own either but always wanted to try a G-10 lil native. The Spydiechef is hard to pass on too, they normal don't go this low. They announced a G-10 Native 5 15v that I am trying to tell myself I don't need. Spyderco recently has been putting out a lot of great knives. They cost a bit but on the good side the small hand full I have sold that where not for me held their value or made money.

Oh if you don't have either, they're both fabulous. I have the normal versions and they're two of my favorites

I have about 15 now, but at this point I try to be picky. The key word is try, both of those review extremely well.

Magnacut is more in line with the steel already on the knife.
