How many miles can I expect to get on a shoe like this one, and with good mid-range priced running shoes in general? I've heard 500 before.
I usually wait till I see sales on main brands and I like the new shoes in the last few years that have big cushions on the soles. I've got a couple pairs and they are a fantastic improvement for me as I get older and worry about my knees and joints (not that that's been a problem so far). I run almost every day, but just maybe 2 to 4 miles before a swim. They won't be used for anything but running.

350-450 miles out of a daily trainer is fairly typical. I've gotten both more and less, but that's usually the range when I start to notice a change in the midsole.

Its actually q very comfty shoe, usuable for running or just casual, neutral foot. Its a bit big so no slim shoe and get dirty quickly but for that price a good deal.
