Was looking at cordless routers. Thought this was a potential purchase fro $199 if I added the DeWalt 20 Compact Router. On checkout I found Home Depot was not applying my military discount of 10%. Yet if I added https://www.homedepot.com/p/DEWAL.../314645481 to my cart which contains the same items then the discount would apply.

Any opinion if this cordless combo is a better deal to the corded Bosche which is $169 on Amazon? I do not own a router at this point. Cordless seems more convenient assuming they both have the same capability.

If you buy it in-store you can save 20 bucks. They put the battery/charger set on clearance a couple weeks ago for 180. YMMV on store inventory.

I believe if you don't pickup one of the items it gets cancelled after a few days. If not, just return the item you don't need and get a prorated refund. Hope this helps.

I want to purchase the Dewalt Planer which is listed at $219. Using the hack, is it better to buy the batteries above or the Hammer Drill and ATOMIC Impact Driver 2 Tool Cordless Combo Kit for $299? Does the $100 make a difference in the final price of the planer?

I was able to get this for $169. I did an online order for in store pickup but I had to select a specific location. If I selected other locations the price would change from $399 to $199.
