Everyone please be aware that this is not the new Meta Quest Batman game that released late last year. This is a much older game that is as old as the PSVR. It's fun, but is not the full Arkham experience, and can be completed in 1-2 hours.

Please don't send me the key. Just replying to let you know you're awesome for giving that back to the community instead of getting the refund.

PCVR can also be used with 5ghz wifi for wireless Quest use (speeds may impact playability). I haven't tried it yet but I had hoped VR would have brought everything together rather than multiple marketplaces locking games behind their launcher/device
The main people doing that today are Meta. Even PS has been sharing, and using the PSVR2 on PC is perfection. The OLEDs look amazing.

Not unless you have a VR capable computer too. We shall see if gforce now streaming gains VR games.

Wifi worked just fine for me on Quest 2, but even with a standalone router, I can't get consistent performance from my Quest 3 the same way. It's a common problem. I end up having to use a cable instead. It sucks that I have to do that, but it does work perfectly at that point.

If you have 3060Ti or so GPU*, SkyrimVR + Wabbajack / $5 Nexus Premium subscription is one of the best VR experiences

somehow 14yo game is best VR game imo

* you can get away with lower, do your research etc blah blah

Just in case anyone gets confused, this is not the new batman game that came out last year with positive reviews. This is a much older vr game.

These are not Quest standalone games. They are PC VR games. If you don't have a PC and compatible VR equipment, these will not do you any good.

Yes, many of these games are fun. SuperHot VR is one of my favorites. Not much to look at, but it's a ton of fun to play.

Edit: To clarify, Quest 2/3 can be used for PC VR if hooked up to a capable computer, but again, these particular games will not work on a standalone Quest headset without a PC.
I have a capable enough pc. Do these games work with the 1st gen oculus quest? I was thinking about getting alyx from steam but couldn't figure out compatibility since steamvr isn't supported anymore for the 1gen oculus. I could be wrong

According to a Reddit post [reddit.com] from a couple of months ago, that should work. I can't vouch for it myself. I had the PC-only Oculus Rift and went to Quest 2 and then 3 from there.

If Alyx isn't on sale right now, it generally goes on sale for about $20 if I remember correctly.

I know it's probably not reasonable to suggest buying it, but I will say that the Quest 3 (full model, not the S version) is a huge step up if for no other reason than the lenses. It wouldn't be worth the $500 if it would only be used rarely.

It's fun at first but mostly a hassle

Will this work with a Mac? Been looking at getting a M4 MBP for a minute.
