Note: Ignore the URL that says 2-2-lbs. This is indeed 5.5 lbs

6.98 per lb, excellent
and this is certified from an independent lab, forgot which one i googled awhile ago but i landed on myprotein as "good enough". There are some artificial sweeteners in there though?
iono maybe i'll try and change but that seems inevitable in this space.

Ive had both their isolate and concentrate. Nothing wrong with them, and inexpensive when you catch a better-than-normal sale like this one.
Not worried about artificial sweetener. I buy and consume tons of sucralose. I add even more when I mix the protein with coffee or ice cream. The salted caramel is really good for ice cream.
I take independent labs with a grain of salt though. They are financed by the folks they are testing, creating an inherent conflict of interest. Protein companies won't stick with an independent tester that would fail them.
I'm not a huge fan, but they're a perennial favorite/underdog on SD. I remember buying from them 10 years ago and it was shipped free and made in the UK. Almost definitely a money loser for them at the time.

Ehhhh, if you need protein now, it isn't horrible. But I usually stock up when it is like 5 or less a pound. Last time I got it it was like 18 pounds for 80 or there abouts. And there have been better deals since then. 11 pounds goes for under 50 on occasion. Wait until there is a really good deal and stock up is my strategy. This stuff lasts for years past expiration if moisture doesn't get into it. You might hear different opinions on that but I have had protein multiple years expired and it was fine.
Can anyone comment on vanilla taste? Used to ON vanilla ice cream. Only concerned about taste in recipes
I think the vanilla tastes far better than any other protein outfit. Even the new blend is fine, although I like their older blend the best. This is a great deal!
