In a nutshell, one comes with a traditional battery charger "station" and the other one has a USB-C battery charger + USB-C cord. Personally, I'd prefer the latter as all my phones and tablets use USB-C anyway.
Got this deal a few days ago. It's an incredible deal for the price. The tools are well made and plenty powerful for home use.

Something amiss on the website, i get a error message when choosing pick up ("sourcingStrategy" is not allowed to be empty). Try chat with agent to get the $79 for store pickup.

One nice feature of the impact driver is that it you can turn on the light independently of the driving function. So you can see what you're doing before starting the driving.
The oscillating tool has a quick change blade holder. So it only accepts blades with an open back.
This is a good deal for all brushless tools.

Should I wait to get 18v or 20v drill? I had an old skil 18v that recently died. Mostly for home use, occasionally drilling holes.
For small around the house projects, no. Any of the decent brands', which Skil is definitely one of, 12V drills (thanks to lithium-ion and the efficiency of brushless) provide plenty of power and are lighter and smaller. Those last 2 points mean they generate less fatigue and are easier to use in tight spaces. To really answer your question, I reach for my M12 Fuel drill and driver before my Makita 18V tools every time. Only when those aren't powerful enough do I switch to teal. I could also switch to corded at that point it's so rare. Both my M12 Fuel and older brushed impacts provide enough power to drive 3" deck screws. If you're driving 1/2" lags, yes, you'd probably want bigger. For driving anything smaller than 1/4", 12 volt is ideal imho.
